*COVID-19 NOTICE* Below are our usual Shipping Time Frames. Please allow up to an additional week for your order to be processed and delivered during this time. We will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Thank You for your kindness and understanding.
Order Processing: Processing refers to the time taken to pick, prep and package your order.
UK STANDARD - £3.99 (MAINLAND UK) (FREE for orders £80+)
These orders are shipped with Royal Mail using their Tracked Service and are estimated to arrive between 2-7 working days after placing your order. Please Note, Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.
We aim to process orders placed before 4pm on the day of ordering within store opening days (Weds-Sun), and orders received after 4pm or on Monday/Tuesday we aim to process the next working day.
NORTHERN IRELAND, HIGHLANDS & ISLANDS AND REPUBLIC OF IRELAND
Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands (Jersey, Guernsey & Channel Isl) - £8.95
Republic of Ireland - £8.95
These orders are shipped with Royal Mail on a tracked service, and should arrive within 3-5 working days.
European Delivery - £12.00
These orders are shipped with Royal Mail or DPD/Interlink Express or similar on a tracked service.
REST OF THE WORLD (Outside EU) - £17.00
These orders are dispatched via a third party carrier on a tracked service, and should arrive within 5-15 working days.

- COLLECT FROM STORE - FREE (UPPERMILL STORE ONLY)
Orders placed before 4pm can be collected from the next working day and are usually processed within an hour (due to stock availability). You will receive an email confirming when your parcel is ready to be collected from Suki's Wardrobe, Uppermill. Excludes weekends (weekend orders are processed Monday) & Bank Holidays.
LOCAL NO CONTACT DELIVERY - FREE (OL3, OL4 & OL5 Postcodes ONLY)
You will receive a delivery day and time slot for your order to be delivered within 48 hours of placing your order. Local deliveries are made Weds-Friday and are designed for use by those who are in self isolation due to illness. Please ensure someone is home to receive the order and that you are available to be contacted via phone during your allotted time.
*COVID-19 NOTICE* If we are in a Lockdown situation, our Click and Collect and Local Delivery services will remain in place, however please note that collection and delivery days and times will be restricted and will differ from the above. You will receive an email with available collection and delivery slots within 48 Hours of placing your order.
If you have pre-ordered any items they usually take around 1-2 weeks to arrive in store from the date you place your order and then they are processed ready for delivery. We will then deliver your order using whichever of the above delivery methods that you have selected at checkout (arrival times vary depending which option you have selected, see above for details).
All delivery time frames are estimations
There are no collections processed over bank holiday weekends
All orders placed over a bank holiday will be processed and dispatched on the following working day
- Once orders have been completed, we are unable to amend any items or cancel orders
- Please ensure all delivery addresses and instructions are entered correctly. Any parcels returned due to invalid addresses will incur a charge, payable by the customer
- Once we have dispatched your goods your order is then in the hands of Royal Mail, DPD/Interlink Express or similar courier. You will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
