*IMPORTANT NOTICE : As with most couriers, all shipping time frames are estimated and not guaranteed. We generally use Evri or Royal Mail shipping and delivery services.

Our small team and is working harder than ever to ship items out as quickly and efficiently as possible during the tumultuous economic climate are pleased to announce that 95% of orders we send out are currently arriving within the outlined timeframe.

Unfortunately we have had to suspend our international delivery service and are not currently accepting orders from outside of the UK.

MAINLAND UK STANDARD on orders £85+ - FREE 

MAINLAND UK STANDARD on orders under £85 - Charged at £4.95

Standard shipping orders are delivered either via Evri using their Tracked Service or via the Royal Mail Second Class Signed For Service and are estimated to arrive between 2-7 working days after placing your order (Mon-Fri, excluding bank holidays). 

EXPRESS 48HR SHIPPING - Charged at £6.95

Express 48hr shipping orders are delivered either via Evri using their Next Day Tracked Service or via the Royal Mail Next Day Service and are estimated to arrive between 1-2 working days after placing your order (excluding Tuesdays when our store is closed and bank holidays).

IMPORTANT We aim to process* all orders placed before 4pm on the day of ordering during our store opening hours. Orders received after 4pm, on a Bank Holiday or on a Tuesday when our store is closed we aim to process and post out the next working day. Please bear this in mind when selecting your shipping method.

NORTHERN IRELAND, HIGHLANDS & ISLANDS  AND REPUBLIC OF IRELAND

Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands (Jersey, Guernsey & Channel Isl) - £9.95

Republic of Ireland - £9.95 

These orders are shipped via Evri on a tracked service, and should arrive within 3-7 working days.

Orders placed before 4pm can be collected from the next working day and are usually processed* within an hour (depending on stock availability). You will receive an email confirming when your parcel is ready to be collected from the store location selected at checkout. Excludes weekends (weekend orders are processed Monday), Tuesdays & Bank Holidays. Please don't come to collect your order from store before receiving your confirmation email.

Pre-Ordered Items

If you have pre-ordered any items they usually take around 1-3 weeks to arrive in store from the date you place your order unless otherwise advised. They are then they are processed* ready for delivery or collection and delivered according to the method selected at checkout (information on each delivery method is above).

 

PLEASE NOTE

    • All delivery time frames are estimations and are not guaranteed

    • All orders placed over a bank holiday will be processed and dispatched on the following working day

    • Once orders have been completed, we are unable to amend any items or orders (including applying discount codes etc). Please take care when ordering to ensure you have ordered the correct item.

    • Orders cannot be cancelled or amended after being placed online as on some occasions they are processed and sent out within the hour
    • Please ensure all delivery addresses and instructions are entered correctly and correctly formatted. Any parcels returned due to invalid addresses will incur a charge, payable by the customer.

    • Once we have dispatched your goods your order is then in the hands of Evri, Royal Mail, DPD/Interlink Express or similar courier and delivery is their responsibility. You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your parcel has been sent.
    • Please note that most parcels we send out require a signature. After 3 failed delivery attempts parcels will be returned back to us and the item(s) in the order will be automatically refunded. Any postage charges are non-refundable.
